Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 14, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rampify ("Service"), a product of Workware Labs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Rampify provides an SEO intelligence platform for developers that includes:

  • Automated website crawling and SEO analysis
  • Technical SEO issue detection and reporting
  • Google Search Console integration for search performance data
  • URL indexing status monitoring and management
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for IDE integration
  • Structured data and insights for SEO optimization

Important: Rampify provides structured data and SEO insights. We do NOT automatically process your data through AI APIs. You choose when and how to use AI tools with the data we provide.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Use Google OAuth for authentication
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Free Plan Restrictions

Free plan accounts are limited to one (1) site per account. You may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent this limitation. If you need to analyze multiple sites, please upgrade to a paid plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this restriction.

3.3 Domain Ownership and Authorization

Each domain may only be added to one Rampify account at a time. By adding a domain to your account, you represent that:

  • You own the domain or have explicit authorization from the owner to analyze it
  • You are the only authorized user analyzing this domain through Rampify
  • The domain is not already being analyzed by another Rampify account

If multiple team members need access to the same domain, you must use a Team plan with shared access. We reserve the right to suspend duplicate domain registrations and may request verification of domain ownership. Attempting to circumvent this restriction (e.g., by creating multiple accounts for the same domain) may result in account suspension or termination.

3.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our Service or other users.

4. User Content and Data

4.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of your website data, configurations, and any content you provide to Rampify ("User Data"). By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Crawl and analyze websites you specify
  • Store and process SEO data from your sites
  • Display analysis results and insights to you
  • Access Google Search Console data you authorize

4.2 Site Authorization

By adding a site to Rampify, you confirm that you have the legal right and authorization to analyze that website. You agree not to add sites that you do not own or have permission to analyze.

4.3 Data Standards

You agree not to analyze or provide data for websites that:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain malicious code or viruses
  • Promote illegal activities
  • Violate the privacy rights of others
  • You do not own or have permission to analyze

4.3 Google Search Console Data

When you connect your Google Search Console account, you authorize us to access and display search performance data, indexing status, and related metrics. You may revoke this access at any time through your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and MCP server implementation, is owned by Workware Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 MCP Server and Generated Data

Our MCP server is open-source and provided for your use. You may use, modify, and integrate the MCP server into your workflow. Structured data and insights provided by Rampify are for your use in optimizing your websites.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Engage in excessive automated requests that burden our infrastructure
  • Crawl websites you don't own or have permission to analyze
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Service (except the open-source MCP server)
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services and platforms, including:

  • Google OAuth: For authentication
  • Google Search Console API: For search performance and indexing data
  • Supabase: For database and authentication infrastructure
  • Vercel: For hosting

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. MCP Server and IDE Integration

The Rampify MCP server operates as follows:

  • Local execution: The MCP server runs in your local development environment
  • API authentication: Requires your Rampify API key to fetch data
  • Data retrieval: Fetches structured SEO data from our platform when you query it
  • No automatic AI processing: We do not send your data to AI providers—you control that through your IDE
  • Open-source license: The MCP server code is available under an open-source license

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and User Data following termination, subject to our data retention policies
  • You may export your data before terminating your account
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations)

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
