Dashboard Overview

The Rampify dashboard provides a strategic overview of all your sites, their SEO health, and performance metrics.

Main Dashboard

When you first log in, you'll see a list of all your sites with key metrics:

  • Sites - All domains you're monitoring
  • Last Crawled - When each site was last analyzed
  • URLs - Total pages discovered
  • Issues - Critical and warning-level issues detected
  • GSC Status - Google Search Console connection status

Site Details View

Click on any site to see detailed information:

Overview Tab

Get a quick snapshot of your site's SEO health:

  • Site Analysis Status - Last crawl timestamp and results
  • Critical Issues - High-priority items requiring immediate attention
  • Warnings - Optimization opportunities
  • Technology Stack - Detected CMS, hosting, and CDN

URLs Tab

Browse all discovered pages with filtering options:

  • Filter by status - 200, 301, 404, etc.
  • Filter by issue type - Missing title, slow response, etc.
  • Sort by any column - Status, title, response time
  • View URL details - Click any URL for full check history

Issues Tab

See all detected issues grouped by severity:

  • Critical - Broken pages, server errors
  • Warnings - Missing meta tags, slow pages, redirect chains
  • Info - Informational items (not highlighted)

Content Tab

(Pro tier) Analyze your content strategy:

  • Content inventory - All pages classified by type
  • Topic clusters - Related content groups
  • Content gaps - Missing topics and opportunities
  • Internal linking - Link graph and orphaned pages

Groups Tab

(Coming soon) Organize pages by function:

  • Automatic detection - URL pattern-based grouping
  • Custom groups - Manual organization
  • Group analytics - Performance by section

Site Analysis

Click "Analyze Site Now" to:

  1. Discover pages from your sitemap (or crawl navigation)
  2. Check each URL for technical SEO elements
  3. Detect issues automatically
  4. Update dashboard with fresh data

Analysis typically takes 1-2 minutes for sites with up to 20 URLs.

Google Search Console Integration

Connect your Google Search Console account to enable:

  • Indexing status - What's indexed vs. not indexed
  • Search queries - Top performing keywords (Starter tier+)
  • Query Intelligence - AI-powered insights (Pro tier)
  • Index Intelligence - Indexing optimization (Pro tier)

Connecting GSC

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click "Connect Google Search Console"
  3. Authorize Rampify to access your GSC data
  4. Select your property URL
  5. Click "Sync Now" or wait for automatic daily sync (Starter tier+)

API Keys

Generate API keys for MCP server authentication:

  1. Go to Settings → API Keys
  2. Click "Generate New Key"
  3. Give it a descriptive name
  4. Copy the key immediately
  5. Use it in your MCP server configuration
